I hate people who... pretend they like me when they really don't
I admire: My mom
Personal Weakness: I worry too much
Proudest Moment: When my baby sister was born
Most Embarrassing Moment: One time during a show, I was supposed to take my microphone off the stand and start doing co-ordinated moves together with Marion. To my inconvenience, I had huge problems getting the microphone down and ended up getting really stressed out and messing up the routine and banging it into my head. It was awful!
If you could have any three wishes granted, what would you ask for:
1. I wish I could be wherever I wanted, whenever I wanted
2. I wish people will respond to our music so that we can making more records
3. I wish I could read other people's minds (or do I really....?)
If you could bring only three items with you to a deserted island, what would you bring: A guitar, a boat and a cell phone

Delias Interview
1) Did you make any New Year's resolutions?
I guess I stopped making New Year's resolutions, as I can't recall ever having kept one. I hope this will be a good year though, considering that we have a new record out and everything.

2) What's the most important thing you learned in 2001?
If you know you can do something, you just have to convince everybody that you know how to and that you are going to. We recorded the new record exactly the way we wanted. You can talk as much as you want, but in the end, only the outcome matters.

3) What is your favorite outfit?
It's what I wore for the red carpet at the MTV Asia Awards. It was this dark red, torn-up top that was off one shoulder, with a black leather skirt.

4) If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I would learn how to handle confrontation better.

5) What is the best book you've read?
I have many favorites, but High Fidelity is definitely up there.

6) Do you think success has made it harder for you to stay down to earth?
I wouldn't say so. I am a lot more comfortable with who I am now that I get to do what I love to do. I actually feel that the more you meet people who are way too into themselves, you start thinking "I am NEVER going to be like that."

7) How is Norway different from the United States?
I find that the American people are in general a lot more outgoing and LOUD than Norwegians. Hehe. :) We Norwegians are holding back so much that it sometimes just gets annoying.

8) What is your favorite song lyric from your music? From another artist's song?
I love the lyrics to "Don't." The topic is so strong, and it was written at a time when we were both going through the same thing. I also love Joni Mitchell's "Blue."

9) What are your five favorite CDs of all time?
Radiohead, "The Bends". Joni Mitchell, "Blue." Dave Matthews, "Under the Table and Dreaming." Sheryl Crow, "The Globe Sessions." David Garza, "Overdub."

10) If you could chose to meet someone who would it be and why?
Well, I actually just met Jewel, which meant a lot to me. She has inspired me for a really long time.

11) Which Norwegian food do you miss the most when you're in the United States?
Salty licorice!
